Motive Power Resources, Inc. has twelve (12) SD40-2 locomotives available that are in excellent mechanical, electrical and physical condition. All units received a Class A Overhaul between 1999 – 2001. At that time, all units received new electrical cabinets and a complete HV and LV rewire. Prior to delivery, locomotives will make full rated HP (+/- 10%), will have a fresh 92-day blue card, will have good annual and tri-annual dates remaining and will be ready for immediate service upon arrival at your facility.
